Order Minimums?
- Our order minimums are 24 shirts. However, if you order online our minimums are 12 shirts.
Setup Fees?
- Art & Design services are billed at $30 per hour.
- Screen & Film charges are billed at $40 per screen. One screen per color is required.
- Specialty Screens (example: for high density printing) will be billed at $50 each which includes film & screen.

Order Minimums?
- 1 dozen for “Flats” (shirts, bags, etc.).
- 2 dozen for hats.
Setup Fees?
- $10 – for text only using available fonts.
- $35 – for logos using stock artwork.
- $15 per 1,000 stitches for digitizing custom logos.

Native Sons offers packaging (folding & bagging for shirts) starting at $3 per dozen.
6 inch Vinyl numbers may be applied to shirts for $3 per two-digit number.
“Pick and Pull” service charge will be applied when sorting orders for multiple shipping addresses. $5 per shipment.

Pricing on shirts are based on the quantity ordered, the number of colors in the print and the cost of the shirts. The more colors in the shirts, the higher priced the printing cost is. This also directly effects the setup cost.
Setup costs are as follows:
- Art Creation and to setup the design for screenprinting – $30 per hour with a minimum of one hour (setup art for screenprinting).
- Screen Charges (based on the number of colors) – $40 per screen/per color/per placement, i.e. if a shirt design has a 2 color front, 4 color back, the screen charge would 6 screens at $40 per totalling $240.00.
Here is an example of cost for a printed t-shirt if you ordered 100 blue t-shirts with a 4 color front:
- One Time Setup – $60 for art (approximation), 4 screens at $40 per = $160 – Total One Time Setup – $220.00
- 100 pcs – G200 6.1 oz 100% cotton tees (most commonly used tees) – 4 color front print - $6.25 per, also add $1.50 for sizes xxl+

Average production lead time is 2-3 weeks. Customers making larger orders should get a current lead time quote before ordering if time is critical.
