RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Native Sons. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 5 days upon receipt of order.

All returns and/or replacements require a Return Authorization number. (RA). To request an RA, please email (info@nativesons.com) or call us toll free (800-868-0019). Please include your order number when contacting us. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging, show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Special Orders and discontinued products are not returnable.
