SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is what put us on the map. Our reputation is one that is dependable and delivers first-rate printing, while keeping our processes consistent and efficient. Our 56,000 square foot facility boasts five automatic presses, two manual presses, and one of the largest ink departments in the country. We are capable of printing up to 60,000 units per day with strict quality control to ensure we meet our customers specifications. In addition to traditional screen printing, we offer a variety of alternative processes such as; high density inks, glitter, foil, puff, and many more. Whether you need a truckload of t-shirts or just a dozen softball jerseys, we can take care of your screen printing needs here at Native Sons!

CUSTOM ARTWORK
Our award-winning art department will help make your idea a reality. You can provide us with a rough sketch or we can work together to create a design from thought to fruition. We currently have four artists on staff and a fully functioning creative unit. Each artist offers something different, which adds to the creativity here at Native Sons. If you already have an amazing design, you can provide that to us and we will make it screen print ready.
When sending us artwork, we prefer to receive a vector .eps file or a workable .psd file. However, if that is not possible, we can use any file you may have ready and go from there.

EMBROIDERY
Another major segment of business for Native Sons is embroidery. If you are looking for custom polo shirts, hats, outerwear or anything that can be embroidered, please give us a call. Our art department can create a first-class design that can be used or we can use an existing design. Native Sons maintains four machines with a total of 36 embroidery heads, and our capacity is more than 1,000 pieces a day. Just like screen printing, we monitor our embroidery constantly to ensure the highest quality product.
After we embellish garments we can add any of our finishing options. Please inquire for more information on heat tap (softening the ink to give a super soft hand), ticketing, polybagging, stickering, etc. Customers who don't wish to pick up their finished goods have a choice of shipping or requesting local delivery.
PRODUCTION
We are proud to say that Native Sons has the fastest production rates around. This may vary based on seasons, but our standard turnaround is less than two weeks; sometimes it is only a couple of days. Just let us know your due date and we will hit it; we love a challenge!

Q: How many pieces are needed for a minimum order?
We require that a minimum order consists of 24 pieces for optimum cost per piece. Orders consisting of less than 24 pieces are accepted upon request.

Q: Where can I view a price list?
If you would like to view a price list, please contact us by phone, e-mail, social media sites or visit us in person, and we will get one to you right away!
Q: What type of inks are you able to print with?
Native Sons has an extensive ink stockpile. Just to include some of what we have: metallic inks, shimmer inks, glitter inks, puff inks, glow-in-the-dark inks, discharge inks, water based inks, leather inks and many more! Specialty inks require additional pricing requirements.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
Turn around times may vary based on the seasons but generally it is less than two weeks; sometimes only a few days! Whatever your deadline is, we will do everything possible to meet it. For rush orders, please contact us for availability and quotes.
Q: How many pieces are you able to print in one day?
We are able to print up to 30,000 pieces embroider up to 1,000 pieces per day. We ensure high quality control in order to meet our customers highest expectations.
Q: What kind of tees and other merchandise are available for screen printing and embroidery services?
At Native Sons, we offer a Blank Garments Catalog with hundreds of apparel choices to choose from. The catalog includes all major imprintable apparel brands and has options from tees, to pants, to bags, koozies and much more!
Q: Do you have any packaging options?
We are able to add the following packaging options; fold, fold and polybag, stickering, applying hangtags etc. Packaging options directly affect pricing.
Q: How is embroidery pricing configured?
Any embroidery work is priced by the number of stitches in a piece, starting at 3,000 stitches. We are also able to apply specialty embellishments including puff embroidery and more!
CUSTOM ARTWORK
Q: How can I submit artwork I already have?
We prefer that you send us existing artwork in a vector .eps file or .psd file. You may also send us a workable .pdf file. If that is not possible, we are able to work with what you have available and get your artwork prepared for printing. You may send your artwork to our Art Director, Anne Hoffman, at ahoffman@nativesons.com.
Q: How many colors am I able to put into a design?
We are able to print up to 18 different colors in a single design. The number of colors directly effects pricing.
SHIPPING / RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: How long does shipping take?
We ship most of our orders via FedEx Ground. Our orders normally ship within 7-10 business days from when we receive them. Many orders are packed within a day or two and then leave the warehouse.
Don't have time to pick up your order yourself? We will deliver locally within the Grand Strand region at no charge!
Q: What is your return policy?If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 5 days upon receipt of order. All returns and/or replacements require a Return Authorization number. (RA). To request an RA, please email info@nativesons.com or call us toll free at 1-800-868-0019. Please include your order number when contacting us. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging, show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Special Orders and discontinued products are not returnable.
