How We Do It

Screen printing is a technique where ink is transferred through a mesh screen onto materials, creating vibrant and long-lasting prints. We start with careful preparation of each screen, precisely aligning the colors in your design. Ink is then applied and pushed through the mesh using a squeegee.

To ensure the print’s durability and quality, each piece is heat-cured, a process that locks the ink into the fabric, making the designs resistant to fading and wear. This method is ideal for producing sharp, colorful graphics on a variety of materials.

Our advanced M&R automatic machines enable us to efficiently print up to 18 colors per design on a variety of products. We precisely align each color and apply the ink through high-quality mesh screens.

After printing, the items undergo heat curing in a conveyor belt oven, which ensures the durability and vibrancy of each design. This streamlined process allows us to manage both extensive and small-scale orders effectively, maintaining consistent quality across all prints.

Production Capabilities

We rely on top-notch tech to keep our screen printing sharp and efficient. The SAATI LTS 1015 uses advanced laser precision to ensure our screens are perfectly prepared for printing, and the M&R Eco Rinse quickly cleans up afterward to speed up our workflow. With a capacity of up to 350,000 prints per week, our facility can handle everything from a truckload of t-shirts to a few dozen jerseys with ease.
